Financial empowerment is a powerful tool, and Rosalee Daley, CFC®, is using it to change lives. With her recent certification as a Certified Financial Counselor (CFC®) through the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors, she is doubling down on her mission to equip individuals—especially entrepreneurs and returning citizens—with the knowledge they need to achieve financial stability and growth.
Rosalee’s journey began in corporate banking, where she honed her expertise before launching her own Transportation Logistics company in 2020. In just three months, she scaled her business to six-figure revenue, proving that financial knowledge is key to business success. Her ability to navigate financial systems, secure funding, and implement sound business strategies has made her a go-to resource for small business owners seeking to do the same.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Rosalee has long been a financial literacy educator, leading workshops for organizations such as Girl Scouts of America, WorkPlace Inc., and the New Haven Arts Council. Now, with her CFC® certification, she is taking her expertise even further—spearheading the Recovery Financial Project in partnership with Yale PRCH. This initiative provides free financial counseling to returning citizens, helping them navigate the challenges of financial reintegration, access banking services, and establish a foundation for financial success.
