Since its founding in 2016, Winning Ways, Inc has been devoted to promoting and developing reentry initiatives, empowering corrections-involved persons and communities, and improving the service system through the effective action and leadership of trained educators. Our recent Beyonce Brunch and Drake Brunch both collaboration garnered national attention and sold out hundreds of tickets after being featured on WFSB “Great Day at 9a,” 94.3 FM WYBC, and in the New Haven Arts Council’s The Arts Paper. Our social media profiles garnered over 300,000 unique viewers. The Urban Professionals Network is an innovative, elite event management enterprise owned by New Haven entrepreneur Jason Watts serving upscale crowds from Boston to Atlanta.
