Alyssa Eckstein – Board Member
Alyssa Eckstein is a Licensed Master of Social Work with extensive experience in crisis intervention, case management, and social service coordination. Currently serving as a municipal social worker, she helps individuals and families navigate complex systems with a client-centered approach.
Previously, Alyssa managed housing programs at a nonprofit, overseeing more than $450,000 in annual funding and developing policies to support underserved populations. With a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, specializing in co-occurring disorders, Alyssa is deeply committed to advocacy, social justice, and trauma-informed care.
Her leadership and expertise will play a key role in furthering Winning Way’s mission, and we are honored to have her as part of our board.
Sharyu Harbabe – Executive Assistant
With a background in public health and dentistry, Sharyu Harbabe is passionate about holistic well-being and community outreach. She brings valuable experience in program implementation and health advocacy, making her a perfect fit for our team.
As Executive Assistant, Sharyu will support our operations, helping us stay organized and efficient while ensuring our programs reach those who need them most. She is particularly inspired by Winning Way’s mission to provide financial counseling and education, recognizing the powerful connection between financial stability and overall well-being.
Her dedication and organizational skills will be instrumental in helping us grow and continue making a meaningful impact.
