As a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing innovative programs for formerly incarcerated individuals, those with substance use disorders, victims of domestic violence, and children of disadvantaged communities, Winning Ways is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Board of Directors.
We are looking for candidates with experience in nonprofit management, finance, law, fundraising, marketing, and other relevant areas. Most importantly, we need individuals who are committed to our mission and values and are willing to use their skills and connections to help us achieve our goals.
As a Board member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, including our Executive Director, staff members, and volunteers, to oversee our programs, financial management, strategic planning, and fundraising efforts. You will also be responsible for promoting our organization, building relationships with donors and partners, and ensuring our continued growth and success.
