On January 11th 2024, Chase Center – CSI in Waterbury, Connecticut hallways were filled with of colors, creativity, and community spirit. This was thanks to our latest Spit and Paint session, part of The Winning Circle Series™. Sponsored by NEST and SEC, this gathering focused on MLK Day and particularly Freedom and Unity.
DEI principles discussed through the arts
The theme of Spit and Paint is to highlight diversity, equality, and inclusion. Discussion were based around this theme to show the importance of belonging. Spoken word was recited by Creative Arts Director, Wilfred Charles and music provided by @djkissmeimfamous.
