The Winning Ways, Inc family is once again expanding, adding more talented and compassionate educators to teach our curriculums and conduct classes in the community. We are proud to welcome Kendra Hayden to our staff, who began teaching courses in women’s facilities earlier in 2023!
Ms. Hayden has had a successful career in human services, and actually met our Executive Director and Board of Directors’ President when they worked together at the Columbus House, Inc. She serves a pivotal role as a trained education provider, teaching our Financial Literacy and Elevate Your Employment© Curriculums to women in the reentry community. She currently provides services to several of our partnering organizations, and regularly collaborates on instruction with our financial institution partners including KeyBank.
Kendra has connected with so many women through the Reentry and Recovery initiatives that we provide, empowering them to make lasting change and positive choices in their life. She is the epitome of Winning Ways, Inc’s mission. You can find her enjoying the music at our Paint and Sip fundraisers, or with a huge smile while she spends time with her grandchildren.
